How can I be sure the merchandise is authentic?
This is the official webstore managed by the Estate of Gustav Ahr. All products sold here are authentic, authorized, and designed in collaboration with the estate to honor Gus's legacy.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders typically process within 3-5 business days. If you purchased a pre-order item, it will ship on or around the date specified in the product description. You will receive a tracking number via email once your label is created.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and certain 'final sale' items may not be eligible for return.
How do I care for my apparel?
To preserve the quality of the prints and fabrics, we recommend washing items inside out in cold water and hanging them to dry or using a low-heat tumble setting.
